99% of installation and download problems WILL be solved if you follow these simple rules:

1. If you have problems with download, it means that download is slow, corrupt or broken.
We strongly recommend the use of special download managers like FlashGet for Windows and iGetter for Macintosh. You can get this software absolutely free from the first page of your Members Zone.

Do NOT use Internet Explorer to download large programs like Adobe, AutoCAD, Vista or Windows 7! If your download gets blocked for some reason, Internet Explorer will NOT resume it! Use a download manager instead like FlashGet which can be downloaded for free from the first page of your Members Zone.

2. If you cannot extract archive.
Use WinZIP for extracting. You can get this soft absolutely free from the first page of your Members Zone. Macintosh users can extract with default Archive Utility.

3. If you can not install your soft and have no serial or you have TRIAL version.
Extract archive with your software to some folder on your hard drive or on your Desktop. Open extracted folder. Find the "README.TXT" file or "README" from this folder and follow instructions.
